By accessing or using PasteZip websites or services (including clip.pastezip.com and upload.pastezip.com), you agree to these terms.

2) Service description

PasteZip lets you share text and files between browsers using short codes and optional session identifiers (“#SESSION”). Knowing a code grants access to the corresponding content.

3) Your responsibilities

• Protect your codes and sessions. Treat them like unlisted links.
• Do not store or transmit illegal content or malware.
• Respect others’ rights and privacy. Do not upload content you don’t have permission to share.
• Don’t attempt to brute-force or enumerate codes or sessions.

4) Content & ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By using PasteZip, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit content solely to provide the service.

6) Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, and may impose limits or rate limits to maintain stability.

7) Disclaimer; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteZip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and users.
